Restoring - Old

We specialize in bringing older homes back to their former glory and in turn, reviving neighborhoods and communities. We call these “Rough House Projects” and it’s where lives are changed!

Building - New

Through careful use of scale and materials, your new house will look and feel like it’s always been home.  Our exclusive Design and Build process simplifies the home building procedure.

Modern Farmhouse – Walkable Community

Designed to invite, entertain and calm the moment you enter. This modern farmhouse is picture perfect.  A kitchen that’s open and well appointed with all the right details.  A library that causes afternoons to dwindle away as you get lost in your favorite novel. A family room anchored by the warmth of the oversized fireplace.  A front porch that welcomes guests and neighbors to sit and chat about all the blessings of life and where the Good-ol-Days are still to come…

Mid-Century Ranch – Modern Design

This lost home has found new life.  Simple additions with an updated flare bring attention back to all the right places.  The interior boasts an open layout with vaulted ceilings and brass finishes.  The master suite is a masters retreat.  With its oversized soaking tub and massive walk-in shower this marble appointed oasis draws you in making it hard to leave.  Designed with purpose, built with excellence.

Craftsmanship At Its Finest

Traditional craftsmen with a new take on life.  New details realized with each and every glance. A timeless design packed with the unexpected.  A corner lot where you feel the most free, this is more than just a house, it’s HOME.

Clean Farmhouse - City Living

Dallas Street, located in the heart of the Rose District in Downtown Broken Arrow is a snapshot of small town America. Although the original structure could not be salvaged, this new custom boasts the same first floor footprint as the original. Detailed lap siding, salvaged brick pathway, and a hand-crafted copper lantern are just a few of the details that make this house a home.

A Home With a Story to Tell

When this house was purchased, it was in horrible shape. The city was pressing for demolition, but neighbors hoped to preserve the home's history. The goal of the renovation was simple: Maintain the original features of the home at all costs! The home needed all new systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), but a little creativity allowed for modern living with minimal impact to the original structure. And to top it off, we selected finishes that matched what would have been used in a Victorian from the early 1900's. After serving as our families primary home for several years, the space was re-imagined as Restore House - a venue for weddings, receptions, school events, church gatherings, markets, and more!

The Perfect Retreat From Life

A kitchen that beckons for a hearty stew or warm apple pie. A master bathroom that is a spa-like retreat from the long days at the office. A den that is quaint where you lose yourself in your new novel. A home away from home, right where you need it most.

Simplicity of Life on the Farm

This farmhouse sat empty for almost a decade before the owners decided it needed to be Restored. The structure was updated to meet the needs of a modern family - open layout, lots of natural light and intentional gathering spaces.
